Mezz Tower is Djibouti’s first high- standing of office facility and the country’s highest building, conceived to address the needs of a booming economic landscape. This landmark building redefines the city’s waterfront skyline and introduces contemporary architecture in the country.
Drawn by the pencil of architect Sergio Mezzedimi, the building is conceived to live in connection with the surrounding marine and sky elements and to convey a sense of luminous transparency with uninterrupted panoramic views from any point within its interior.
